Natalie Rubio

Biography

Natalie Rubio was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She is our Senior Paralegal who has been with Graham Legal, P.A. for over 13 years and has more than 15 years of experience in the legal field. Natalie graduated with an Associate of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies from Keiser University. She achieved the Academic Dean’s List every semester with a 3.75 cumulative GPA and was Vice-President of Phi Theta Kappa National Honors Society. Natalie excelled in all Paralegal courses, including Criminal Law, Family Law, Torts, Contracts, Real Property, Legal Research & Writing, Wills, Trusts & Estates, and Civil Litigation.

Natalie’s main responsibilities at Graham Legal, P.A. include conducting client assessments, preparing legal documents including pleadings, discovery, petitions, E-Filing legal documents, scheduling hearings, depositions, mediations, assisting with trial preparation, opening new case files, and filing civil complaints to name a few. Natalie is also proudly a Notary Public.

Natalie believes that having a strong work ethic and integrity are the main traits that make a paralegal successful and significant. She strives to maintain excellent client relations and to achieve client goals. Natalie takes great pride in her work and feels that she has found a perfect fit here at Graham Legal.
